Refund Policy
At Apex Rider Co, we want you to feel confident with every order you place with us. If your item does not fit your needs, we’re here to help with a simple return or exchange process.
30-Day Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at Support@Apexriderco.com with your order number, full name, and the reason for your return or exchange.
If your return request is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For faster assistance, please include clear photos of the item, packaging, and your order number when contacting us.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us first at Support@Apexriderco.com.
We will review your request and provide the best available solution based on your order and product availability.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests can only be reviewed before an order has been shipped or placed in transit.
Once an order is already in transit, cancellation is not accepted. In that case, the item must first be delivered and then returned according to our return process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or not.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please remember that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for items that are used, worn, damaged by the customer, missing original packaging, or returned without prior approval.
